End of Tenancy Cleaning

Are you an Estate Agent or Landord whose tenants have moved out at the end of their tenancy and you require an end of tenancy clean before the new tenants move in?

Hand us the keys and we will get to work cleaning the vacated property from top to bottom within the agreed time frame.

We will also take and provide photos of the property after it has been cleaned by us to show any pre-existing damage prior to the new tenants moving in. A very handy facility to avoid any disputes at the end of the next tenancy.

We will view the property to be cleaned and provide a quotation for the whole job for agreement prior to the commencement of cleaning. You will also be advised of the time we estimate it will take to clean the premises too. Should the clean take longer than the estimated time provided in your quotation, then we will do so at our own cost and you will not be billed extra.

Quite simply, the price we quote is the price you pay.
